Guest BR (#3) has a Queen and has a private full bath which also has the laundry area in it, and an entrance to the covered back deck. There is a screened as well as open deck and plenty of outdoor furniture for you to enjoy our cool climate in Highlands. There is a full size kitchen and dining room, and the living room is very spacious and has a large native stone wood burning fireplace. This home is located in the historic Webbmont area- great area for walking. Limit- 8 people
